This building dates back to 1930, which has always been owned by the Menghi family. The structure has undergone substantial changes over time since the 1950s. Initially the building consisted of a tall central body and a lower lateral one on Via dei Romagnoli. Later a lateral body was added which determined the symmetrical aspect of the entire building. The not easy restoration intervention involved, besides the surface treatment, the rafting of all the existing friezes, the bas-reliefs, and the consolidation of some structural parts of the building itself. The conservation work was carried out by maintaining or recovering, where necessary, parts of the structure such as columns, balustrades, marbles, friezes, decorations, columns and bosses. The restoration work was carried out by the company Fratelli Gianni S.r.l.
